Refund policy

RETURNS
• Merchandise may be returned within

                     14 days of the original purchase date.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and receipt must accompany the return.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Custom hats and Hat Bar creations
• Special orders
• Gift cards
• Clearance or sale merchandise
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, odors, or alterations

BOOTS
Boots must be returned in new condition with no visible wear. We recommend trying boots on indoors on a clean, soft surface before deciding whether to keep them.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of purchase, subject to product availability.

Blanton's Boot & Hat reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
